Richard L. Clark

   Richard L. Clark, 93, of Warfordsburg, PA passed away Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at Fulton County Medical Center Long Term Care Unit, McConnellsburg, PA.
     Richard was born in Warfordsburg, PA on January 11, 1929, the son of the late Esta Fern (Lynch) and Irvin  Clark.
     He was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of the Nazarene in Harrisonville, PA and enjoyed hunting and farming.  Richard was a retired welder from Grove Manufacturing in Shady Grove, PA and also was a lifelong farmer. 
     Mr. Clark is survived by sons Dennis L. Clark, of Warfordsburg, PA, Allen L. Clark, of Lusby, MD, sister Phoebe Hedrick, of Arlington, VA, brothers Melvin Clark, of Waynesboro, PA, and Floyd Clark, of McConnellsburg, PA.  Richard was preceded in death by his first wife Ruth Mae Spielman-Clark and his second wife E. Sylvia Hess-Clark.
     A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Grove Christian Cemetery, Warfordsburg, PA, at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 6th, 2022  with Pastor Josh Shadle officiating. 
     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children-Philadelphia, Attention:Development Office, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 or St. Jude Children's  Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
