Bryce Remington Ulsh, 23, of Waterfall PA, passed away Thursday, December 23rd, at his home.
Bryce was born in McConnellsburg, PA on February 7, 1998, a son of Mary Beth (Knepper) (wife of Todd) Black of Waterfall, PA and Jeffrey A. (husband of Kay) Ulsh of Three Springs, PA.
Bryce was a 2016 graduate of the Forbes Road High School and a 2017 graduate from WyoTech, Blairsville, PA with a degree in diesel mechanics. He then worked at the TA Travel Center in Breezewood, PA before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps in 2018. He was currently stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina serving as a Corporal. He loved his family and loved being outdoors, he especially enjoyed hunting, fishing and cutting firewood.
In addition to his parents, Bryce is survived by his brothers; Lane H. Ulsh, of Annapolis, MD, Kodi Gartland, of Harrisonville, PA and Ty Black, of Harrisonville, PA. He is also survived by his maternal grandmothers Julie Beth Knepper of Ft. Littleton, PA, Gloria Jean Black of Three Springs, PA, maternal grandparents Edgar and Lucinda Mellott of Harrisonville, PA, several nephews and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Madeline A. and Gilbert H. Ulsh, paternal grandfather Harper Black, Jr., and maternal grandfather Robert "Lynn" Knepper.
There will be a public visitation held on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM. at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.
Funeral services will be private with interment following the funeral service. Everyone is welcome to attend the graveside services at Center United Methodist Cemetery, Waterfall, PA. Those attending the interment service at the cemetery should be there by 12:00 PM.
Interment services will be conducted by Pastor Dustin Wink and Military honors will be conducted by the Marine Wing Support Squadron 471 Det. Alpha.
