Arnold Hann Obituary

     Arnold R. Hann, 85, of Wells Tannery, PA passed away Thursday, January 13th, 2022 at Shook Home, Chambersburg, PA.
     Arnold was born in Needmore, PA on October 12, 1936, the son of the late Dorothy M. (DeShong) and William D. "Pete" Hann.  He was the widower of Wanda Lea (Foreman) Hann whom he married on June 5, 1960.  She preceded him in death on April 5, 2006.
     Mr. Hann was a member of the Wells Valley Presbyterian Church and the Pennsylvania Forest Fire Warden's Association.  He worked at Mack Truck in Laurel, MD, Caro's in Everett, PA, KG Richards in McConnellsburg, PA and retired from Grove Manufacturing in  Shady Grove, PA in 1999.  Arnold was an amazing mechanic.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, horseback riding and spending time with his grandchildren.
     Arnold is survived by daughters Robin (wife of Matthew) Wakefield, Michele (wife of Joe) Pollock, both of McConnellsburg, PA, brother Ralph  L.  Hann, of Warfordsburg, PA, grandchildren Casey (wife of Dalton) Horning, Sarah, Elliott and  Jasper.  He will be missed by his beloved Yorkie, Bella, his constant companion for the last fourteen years.
     Services and interment will be private at the Wells Valley Presbyterian Cemetery, Wells Tannery, PA. 
     Donations in memory of Arnold can be made to the Bedford County Humane Society, 182 Bohn Road, Bedford, PA 15522.
