Wilbert Herman Anderson

Wilbert Herman Anderson, 85, of Mc Connellsburg, PA, died Monday, October 15th, 2012 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD. Wilbert was born in McKeesport, PA on August 16, 1927, the son of the late Herman and Elna (Elstrum) Anderson. He worked as a Truck Driver  at Hamil Express Pittsburgh, PA., before retiring. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII. Wilbert enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating through out  his life. He is survived by his daughter Lynn A. Miller of McConnellsburg, PA and son Roy  H.  Anderson of Harrison City, PA.  He is also survived by his former wife Alma (Holst) Anderson of Shirleysburg, PA, 2 grandaughters Korin Trumpie of Emporium, PA, and Tara Anderson of Harrison City, PA, grandson Troy Anderson of Harrison City, PA and 2 great grandsons Gage and Cole Trumpie of Emporium, PA.  He was preceded in death by his brother Milton Anderson.
