Webster "Junie/Carbie" Carbaugh, Jr., 98, of Hustontown, PA and formerly of Greencastle, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at his residence.

Webster was born in Welsh Run, PA on September 9, 1925, a son of the late Hattie May (Hoeflick) and Daniel W. Carbaugh.

He was a Lineman for Potomac Edison before retiring from West Penn Power.  Webster enjoyed hunting, shooting pool and collecting belt buckles.  His favorite thing to do was bowling, even into his later years, you could find Webster bowling or duckpin bowling.

He is survived by his son Phillip W. (husband of Cynthia) Carbaugh, of Chambersburg, PA, son Edward E. (husband of Brenda) Carbaugh, of Little Cove, PA, daughter Sherry L. (wife of Steve) Hershey, of Greencastle, PA, daughter Deborah R. (wife of Art) Strait, of Hustontown, PA, son Steve L. (companion of Karen) Carbaugh, of Greencastle, PA, son Daniel R. (husband of Cheryl) Carbaugh, of Mercersburg, PA, daughter Pamela M. (wife of Brian) Mong, of Greencastle, PA and son Robert H. (husband of Laura) Carbaugh, of Mercersburg, PA.  He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one grandson, four sisters and two brothers.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
