Tim R. Gress

Tim R. Gress, 57, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Tuesday, March 15th, 2016 at his residence. Tim was born in McConnellsburg, PA on April 22, 1958, the son of Ada Loretta (Lake) and Russell Paul Gress of McConnellsburg, PA. He was a member of the NRA, the Single Action Shooting Society, the American Legion Post #561 in McConnellsburg, PA and had worked at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, PA all of his life.  Tim enjoyed hunting, shooting guns and horses. In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughter Tammy R. (wife of Danny) Moody of McConnellsburg, PA, sister Nancy L. Gress of McConnellsburg, PA and granddaughter Jaycie Moody of McConnellsburg, PA. Religious Service at Sideling Hill Christian Church, Needmore, PA at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 18th, 2016 with Pastor Bill Swope officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, March 17th, 2016 from 2 to 8 PM   at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Friday at the church. Interment at Asbury United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville, PA.
