Theresa J. Guyer

Theresa J. Guyer, 69, of Harrisonville, PA passed away Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, PA. Theresa was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 4, 1948, the daughter of the late Eileen (MacDonald) and Albert  Chappell.  She was the wife of Dennis  Guyer whom she married on December 31, 1981. Mrs. Guyer was an Auxiliary member of the Disabled American Veterans, member of the Scrap Girls and was a social worker at the Office on Aging in McConnellsburg, PA upon retiring in 2009.  Theresa enjoyed crafting and especially scrap booking. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter Abbie J. Garlock of Harrisonville, PA. Preceded in death by sister Abbie Phifer. Visitation will be Friday, August 18th, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA. Religious Service at Howard L.
