Theodore "Ted" Linwood Schooley

Theodore "Ted" Linwood Schooley, 82, of Greencastle, PA left his temporary home and entered into his eternal home on July 16, 2018, while surrounded by his loving family.

Ted was born on February 18, 1936 in Harrisonville, PA.  He was the son of the late William and Maye (Sipes) Schooley.

Ted worked at Grove Manufacturing in Greencastle, PA for most of his adult life, retiring after 42 years.  He attended Locust Level Full Gospel Church in Greencastle, PA.

Ted is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte (Souders) Schooley of Greencastle, PA.  In addtion to his wife he is survived by his four daughters; Karon (wife of Mark) Tuck, Elizabeth ( wife of Clark) Smith, Louise Schooley, Melinda (wife of Darryle) Pine, brother Dale Schooley of Mercersburg, PA,  ten adoring grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son Teddy Schooley and a great grandson.

A memorial service and a celebration of Ted's life will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM at the Siloam United Methodist Church, Harrisonville, PA with the Rev. Henry Barthalow officiating.  There will be a visitation held from 4 PM to 5 PM at the church.
