Sylvia P. (Spade) Peck

Sylvia P. (Spade) Peck, 72, of Needmore, PA passed away Saturday, June 21st, 2014 at Berkeley Springs Hospital, Berkeley Springs, WV. Sylvia was born in Baltimore, MD on May 22, 1942, the daughter of the late Rhoda E. (Bishop) and Harold C. Spade.  She was the widow of Malcolm C. Peck who passed away on November 6, 1995. She was a member of the Nazarene's and is survived by Son Randy M. (husband of Kelly) Peck of Warfordsburg, PA and Brother Harold "Andy" Spade of Virginia Beach, VA. Preceded in death by sisters Virginia Lee Spade, Dorothy Sullivan, Betty J. Barnhardt, Emma C. Barnhardt, Edna Benz, Anna Maye Smith, Audrey Mattingly, Mary Rinehart, Rhoda Woodal and an infant sister. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 24th, 2014  with Rev. Richard Vandervort officiating. At Sylvia's request there will be no visitation or flowers. Interment at Cedar Grove Christian Cemetery, Warfordsburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a church or mission of one's choice in memory of Sylvia.
