Stuart "Neal" Totten

Stuart  "Neal" Totten, 53, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Monday, September 4th, 2017 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Neal  was born in Bethesda, MD on November 13, 1963, the son of the late Lucille Karen (Berger) Totten and Curtis David Brown Totten. He was the owner/operator of the Iron Horse in McConnellsburg, PA.  Neal enjoyed hunting, shooting pool and playing guitar. Neal is survived by brother Curtis D. (husband of Evelyn) Totten of New York City, NY and sister Shirley Lynn Hoover of Florida. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
