Sharon L. Fleegle

Sharon L. Fleegle, 41, of Warfordsburg, PA passed away Thursday, January 31st, 2019 at her residence.

Sharon was born in McConnellsburg, PA on June 9, 1977, the daughter of Julia A. (Decker)  (wife of Lynn O.) Bard of Warfordsburg, PA and Donald E. Swope, of Warfordsburg, PA.  She was the wife of Robert L. Fleegle whom she married on June 10, 2011.

She graduated from Southern Fulton High School in 1995 and worked as a hotel manager.  Sharon enjoyed collecting old model cars and antiques.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by son Lincoln R. Fleegle, step-son Corey L. Golden, sisters Melissa D. (wife of Ronald R.) Golden, of Warfordsburg, PA, April M. Morris, of Warfordsburg, PA, Heather N. (wife of Scott) Miller, of Berkeley Springs, WV, Tiffany N. Swope, of Warfordsburg, PA, Danielle R. Swope, of Warfordsburg, PA,  and brother Zachery E. (husband of Lacey) Swope, of Needmore, PA and grandfather Hap Swope, of Harrisonville, PA.  She was preceded in death by brother Donald E. Swope, Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 16th, 2019 at 3:00 PM at the Sideling Hill Christian Church Fellowship Hall, Needmore, PA with Pastor William Swope officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Saturday at the Fellowship Hall.
