Ronald "Ron" E. DeShong, 73, of York, PA, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in Mount Joy, PA. 

Ron was born on October 18, 1952 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Wayne E. and Ella M. (Seburn) DeShong. He was the husband of Tiffany (Parsons) DeShong, whom he married on February 16, 2008. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Seth DeShong; his step-son, Sebastian Wilt; his sister, Wilma (wife of Larry) Henschke and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry W. DeShong and his sister, Suzanne Stonesifer. 

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
