Pearl E. (Koch) Clugston

Pearl E. Clugston, 84, of Doylesburg, PA, passed away Saturday, April 12th, 2014 at Falling Spring Nursing Home, Chambersburg, PA. Pearl was born in Brown Township, PA on May 11, 1929, the daughter of the late Stella R. (Krotzer) and James Franklin  Koch.  She was the widow of William Reed Clugston whom she married on June 25, 1949 and he passed away on July 16, 2001. Mrs. Clugston was of the Protestant faith, worked as a seamstress at various sewing factories and retired from Spring Sportswear in Spring Run, PA. She is survived by  Daughters Georgia (wife of Frank) O'Donnell of Doylesburg, PA, Betty Jean Angeline of Lancaster, PA, Irene (wife of Larry) Johnson of Doylesburg, PA, Son Charles "Bud" Clugston of Willow Hill, PA, Daughter Tanya (wife of Marty) Parson of Willow Hill, PA, Sister Vivian Plank of Orbisonia, PA, Brother George Koch of Orbisonia, PA, eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by son William Reed Clugston, Jr. Religious Service at Spring Run Bible Church, 20722 Hammond Road, Spring Rung, PA, 17262 at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 16th, 2014  with Pastor John Semple officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Spring Run Bible Church, Spring Run, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Wednesday at the church.
