Pauline Larue "Polly" (Swope) Lynch

Pauline LaRue "Polly" Lynch, 78, of Needmore, PA passed away Tuesday, August 12th, 2014 at her residence. Pauline was born in Burnt Cabins, PA on January 4, 1936, the daughter of the late Mabel (Swope) and Harry  Keebaugh.  She was the widow of Thurman "Jake"  Lynch whom she married on January 7, 1961 and he passed away on December 7, 1995. Polly was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren, Needmore, PA, was President of the Needmore Ladies Auxillary, Treasurer of the Warfordsburg Senior Citizen's Club, Treasurer of the Fulton County Democratic Committee, Secretary of the Needmore Bible Release Program which she dearly loved and also was a homemaker. She is survived by  Daughters Joyce Lynch of Warfordsburg, PA, Rhonda Lynch of Warfordsburg, PA, Sons Harry Lynch of Hopewell, PA, Kevin Lynch of Needmore, PA, Grandchildren Rebecca Lynch, Samantha Sowers, Ashley Lynch, Great Grandchildren Ethan Sowers, Jaya Rideout, Annabell Sowers and her fifth child, her cat Ball Baby.  Preceded in death by brother L.D. Keebaugh. Religious Service at Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren, Needmore, PA, at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 15th, 2014  with Pastor Roger Truax officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 14th, 2014 from 2 to 8 PM at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Friday at the church.
