Patsy L. (Preston) Legge

Patsy L. Legge, 84, of McConnellsburg, PA, and formerly of Leesburg, VA,  passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at her residence. Patsy was born in Hamilton, VA on October 24, 1932, a daughter of the late Genevieve (Payne) and Robert   Preston.  She was the widow of Lewis A. Legge, Jr., whom she married on March 18, 1949.  He preceded her in death on June 2, 1980. Mrs. Legge was a manager a various convenience stores through out her life before retiring.  She enjoyed doing arts and crafts.  She was like a mother to all who knew her. She is survived by her three children; L. Howard (husband of Teresa) Legge of Leesburg, VA,  Mark A. (husband of Susan) Legge of Winchester, VA, and Beverly J. (wife of Keith) Williams of Big Cove Tannery, PA.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Phyllis Orndorff.
