Patricia E. Abbott

Patricia E. Abbott, 70, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Wednesday, July 6th, 2022 at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, PA. Patricia was born in Leesburg, VA on September 4, 1951, the daughter of the late Emma E. (Crouch) Betts and Phillip J. Rollison.  She was the wife of Thomas C. Abbott whom she married on October 3, 1970. Mrs. Abbott was a member of the Calvary Independent Baptist Church in McConnellsburg, PA and was a homemaker.  Patricia enjoyed shopping and having her nails done. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons Thomas C. Abbott, Jr., of McConnellsburg, PA, Tracy L.(husband of Jackie) Abbott, of McConnellsburg, PA, Travis D. (husband of Crystal) Abbott, of McConnellsburg, PA, daughter Tammy E. (wife of Todd) Hege, of Mercersburg, PA, sister Frances Betts Dover, of Richmond, VA, half-brother John H. Rollison, of Brunswick, MD, thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Patricia was preceded in death by her brother Phillip John Betts. A visitation will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Tuesday at the church. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Independent Baptist Church, McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022  with Woody Glunt and Travis Abbott officiating. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, PA. Arrangements were made by the Howard L.
