Naomi Wildoner Reeder, 92, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, at home in Morehead City, NC, with her two daughters by her side.
She was born on August 3, 1933, in Nanticoke, PA, to the late Glenn B. Wildoner and Leah E. (Kester) Wildoner.
She graduated from McConnellsburg High School and married her husband, the late C. (Charles) Harry Reeder, on November 22, 1951, at the United Methodist Church in McConnellsburg, PA.
She was a devoted wife and mother who loved music and taught piano lessons to many students over her lifetime. At most of the churches she attended she was the organist or pianist for the services and a member of the choir. She was the bookkeeper for the family businesses and a special needs school van driver for Intermediate Unit #11 and the Central Fulton School District.
At the time of her passing, Naomi was a member of Bible Baptist Church in McConnellsburg, PA.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Ruth (Gordon) Reeder; two daughters, Lisa (wife of the late Perry) Daniels and Lenda (wife of Ricky) Northcraft; one son, Lynn (husband of Joye) Reeder; ten grand-children; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, C. Harry Reeder; a son, Loren H. Reeder; and two brothers, Jack A. Wildoner and Ronald A. Davis.
A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, PA on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Mark Reno officiating for family and friends. A limited number of chairs will be provided for the immediate family. If you prefer to have a seat, please consider bringing your own chair.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Naomi, may be made to a charity of one's choice.
