Nancy C. Pittman

Nancy C. Pittman, 74, of York, PA and formerly of Fulton County, PA passed away Friday, February 16th, 2024 at Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ. Nancy was born in Harrisonville, PA on March 18, 1949, the daughter of the late Georgia C. (Bard) and Harry W. Decker. Nancy grew up on a dairy farm in Harrisonville, PA, where she learned to love the farm life and she also enjoyed gardening.  She was a member of the Ebenezer Christian Church in Needmore, PA and was a retired nurse from the Western Maryland Center in Hagerstown, MD after working there for over twenty years.  After retirement, Nancy lived for her grandchildren, enjoying every moment that she spent with them. She is survived by son Kurt G. (husband of Sara) Pittman, of Voorhees, NJ, daughter Kara L. (wife of Rustin) Bergdoll, of York, PA, brother Willis (husband of Gail) Decker, of Harrisonville, PA, sister-in-law Mary Decker, of St. Thomas, PA, brother-in-law Vernon Bauer, of Columbia, SC, grandchildren Maverick and Everett Pittman, Isabelle, Aspen, Willow and Tinsley Bergdoll, granddogs Emma and Bentley.  Nancy was preceded in death by brother Arnold Decker and sister Jean Bauer. A funeral service will be held at the Ebenezer Christian Church in Needmore, PA at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 23rd, 2024  with Pastor Erik Sollenberger officiating.  Visitation will be one hour before the service on Friday at the church. Interment will be at the  Ebenezer Christian Church Cemetery in Needmore, PA. Arrangements were made by the Howard L.
