Michelle L. Douglas

Michelle L. Douglas, 49, of Mount Union, PA passed away Thursday, January 21st, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown, PA.

Michelle was born in McConnellsburg, PA on January 6, 1972, the daughter of Doris J.  Truax, of Everett, PA and the late Ellis E. Douglas.

She was of the  Christian faith, enjoyed bingo, talking with her friends on the computer and she also loved her cats.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by daughter Danielle F. Hess, of Tyrone, PA and brother James W. "Jim" Truax, of McConnellsburg, PA.  Michelle was preceded in death by step-father Ralph C. Truax.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help defray funeral costs to James Truax, 230 South First Street, McConnellsburg, PA 17233.
