Matthew R. Daniels

Matthew R. Daniels, 21, of Needmore, PA passed away Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 at Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill, PA.

Matthew was born in Cumberland, MD on August 9, 1999, the son of Kimberly A. (Morris) Daniels and Troy Allen Daniels, Sr., of Needmore, PA.

He was a 2017 graduate of McConnellsburg High School and was a welder for Mellott Corp. in Warfordsburg, PA.  Matthew enjoyed hunting with his dad and brothers, going to the beach, riding four wheelers and just spending time with his son and family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by son Bo Winston Daniels, brothers Nicholas R. Daniels, of Everett, PA, Tyler A. Daniels, of Needmore, PA, niece Anna Armstrong, of Mt. Union, PA, maternal grandparents Raymon E. and Sandra K. Morris of Flintstone, MD, paternal grandmother Phyllis A. Hall of Everett, PA and his beloved dog Suzie.  Matthew was preceded in death by brother Troy Allen Daniels, Jr., paternal grandfather Gary O. Daniels, paternal great grandparents Ira and Hilda Daniels.

The family will host a visitation on Monday, February 22nd, 2021 from 4 to 8 PM   at Mountain Chapel Church, 1164 Mountain Chapel Road, Breezewood, PA 15533.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Tuesday at the church.  Please follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Religious Service at Mountain Chapel Church, Breezewood, PA, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021  with Pastor Bonnie Burr officiating.

Interment at Mountain Chapel Cemetery, Breezewood, PA.
