Mary Lee Lanehart

Mary Lee Lanehart, 82, of Needmore, PA, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at her residence.

Mary  was born in Big Cove Tannery, PA on August 31, 1941, a daughter of the late Naomi (Byers) and Ira Lloyd Everts.  She was the widow of Charles E. Lanehart, Sr., who she married on March 18, 1961.  He preceded her in death on July 23, 2009.

She is survived by her daughters Penny Loman, of Augusta, WV, Rhonda (wife of Bill) Kyne, of Berkeley Springs, WV, Donna Jacinto-Lanehart, of Needmore, PA and son Charles  E. (husband of Dixie) Lanehart, Jr., of Hancock, MD.  She is also survived by three grandchildren Joshua Chesnut (husband of Tiffany Fields), Brittany (wife of James) Nunemaker, Cecelia Lanehart, seven great grandchildren Connor, Mya, LeNora and Natalie Chesnut, Makenna, Hailey and Brantley Nunemaker.  She was preceded in death by brothers Lloyd Everts, Norman Everts, Harmon Everts, infant brother Denny Everts and sister Nancy Poole.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
