Marshall T. Booth, 80, of McConnellsburg, PA, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA.

Marshall was born in Warfordsburg, PA on July 15, 1941, a son of the late Cora A. (Schultz) and Harry P. Booth.  He was the husband of Eunice M. (Mellott) Booth, whom he married on January 24, 1971.

He worked at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, PA as a Group Leader in the electrical department for twenty-five years and also owned and operated Booth's Barbershop in McConnellsburg, PA for over fifty years.  Marshall was member of the Sideling Hill Christian Church in Needmore, PA, a Life Member of the McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire Company, a member of the McConnellsburg Fire Police, and a member of the Fulton County Pistol and Rifle Club.   Marshall was an avid hunter, story teller and Pittsburgh Pirates Fan.  He enjoyed golfing and bowling in his younger years, babysitting his grandchildren and attending all kinds of sporting events.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters Deb K. Welsh, of McConnellsburg, PA, Patty Welsh, of Hummelstown, PA,  Pam (wife of Morris) Suders, of McConnellsburg, PA, Carol "Susie" (wife of Duane) Laskey, of Oil City, PA, Amy (wife of Zvonimir) Turcinov, of Seattle, WA, son Kenneth (husband of Michele) Welsh, of McConnellsburg, PA, sisters Joyce Ketchum, of Ravenna, MI, Opal Jobe, of Wells Tannery, PA, Ruth Knepper, of Hustontown, PA, Nancy  Lee, of Waterloo, NY,  Alice Booth, of Warfordsburg, PA, brothers Kenneth Booth, of Warfordsburg, PA,  Clyde Booth, of Big Cove Tannery, PA and Glenn Booth, of Falls Church, VA.  He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Morris Suders IV, Lukas Suders, Joshua Williams, Matthew Williams, Brandi Christy, Justin Welsh, Gabe Turcinov, Zara Turcinov, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews that were very special to him.  He was preceded in death by a brother Lloyd Booth.

There will be visitation held on Monday, August 2nd from 6 PM to 8 PM. at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.

Funeral services will be held at the Sideling Hill Christian Church, Needmore, PA, at 11:00 AM  on Tuesday, August 3rd,  with Pastor William Swope officiating.  There will also be one hour of visitation prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sideling HIll Christian Church 10424 Sipes Mll Rd. Needmore, PA  17238 or MHS Athletics 151 East Cherry Street McConnellsburg, PA  17233.

Interment will be at the Sideling Hill Christian Cemetery Needmore, PA.
