Lisa A. Fleegle

Lisa A. Fleegle, 61, of Mercersburg, PA passed away Sunday, February 12th, 2023 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Lisa was born in McConnellsburg, PA on March 20, 1961, the daughter of Glen H. Palmer, of Warfordsburg, PA and the late Beryl M. (Waltz) Palmer who passed away on June 26, 2021.  She was the wife of Robert "Bob"  Fleegle whom she married on May 20, 1996. She attended the Hancock Presbyterian Church, was a lifetime member of the Needmore Volunteer Fire Company and worked at Washington County Arc for the past eleven years.  Lisa enjoyed hunting and taking care of her bunnies.  She also loved all of her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by sister Karen L. (wife of Jim) Sourbier, of Greencastle, PA and brother Steven G. Palmer, of Warfordsburg, PA.  Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, nephew Daniel Sourbier and great nephew Emmett Elser. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 4 to 8 PM at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Friday at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 17th, 2023  with Pastor Terry Martin-Minnich officiating. Interment will be at Warfordsburg Cemetery, Warfordsburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hancock Presbyterian Church, 17 East Main St., Hancock, MD 21750 or the Needmore Volunteer Fire Company, 8328 Great Cove Road, Needmore, PA  17238.
