Lenore M. Wolfe

Lenore M. Wolfe, 95, of McConnellsburg, PA, passed away Monday, January 27th, at Fulton County Medical Center Long Term Care Unit, McConnellsburg, PA.

Lenore was born in McConnellsburg, PA on March 7, 1924, a daughter of the late Elmira (Summers) and Conrad  DeShong.  She was the widow of William E. Wolfe, whom she married on March 14, 1942.  He preceded her in death on March 22,  2005.

Lenore enjoyed crocheting and  loved all animals, especially cats and dogs.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Lenore was preceded in death by daughter Judy Louise Wolfe, an infant daughter, an infant son, brothers Donald W. DeShong, Howard DeShong and sister Dorothy Brant.

Funeral services will be held at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 30th,  with Pastor Dick Bernhard officiating.  There will one hour of visitation held prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Union Cemetery McConnellsburg, PA.
