Larry J. Franco

Larry J. Franco, 42, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Larry was born in Bradenton, FL on May 12, 1970, the son of  Joseph F. and Maryann (Powell) Franco of Lake Wales, FL.  He was the husband of Tina M. (Sipes) Franco whom he married on May 12, 2012. Mr. Franco was a member of the Abate Motorcycle Club, a former member of the McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire Company, a former Constable and Deputy Sheriff of Fulton County, PA, a security guard in Shippensburg, PA and he also was a truck driver. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by Daughter Jessica M. Franco of Ohio, Son Anthony J. Franco of Ohio, Step-daughters Megan D. Skiles of York, PA, Melissa F. Seiders of McConnellsburg, PA, Sister Michelle L. Cleghorn of Kuwait & Florida, Paternal grandmother Sara E. Cromwell of Florida, Step-grandson Ryder L. Seiders of McConnellsburg, PA and Nephew Zackary L. Johnson of Florida.  Preceded in death by paternal grandfather Joseph Franco, paternal step-grandfather Dean Cromwell, maternal grandmother Maggie Powell and maternal grandfather Robert Henry Powell. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 8th, 2013  with Pastor Chris Elliott officiating. Interment at Cromwell Church Cemetery, Hustontown, PA. There will be visitation on Friday, March 8th, 2013 from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.
