Karen S. Creek, 65, of Greencastle, PA, passed away Monday, October 26, 2026, in Wells Tannery, PA.

Karen was born on February 4, 1961, in Fulton County, PA, the daughter of the late Terry F. and Martha S. (Price) Earley. She was the widow of Douglas B. Creek, who she married on July 11, 1987. He preceded her in death on December 24, 2022.

She enjoyed playing the piano, spending time outdoors, and decorating for the holidays. She especially loved making family gatherings memorable with fun skits, games, and laughter shared with those she loved.

Karen is survived by her brother, Rick Earley (companion of Jody), of Wells Tannery, PA. She is also survived by her niece, Malissa (wife of Dustin) Quick, great-niece and great-nephew, Hannah and Holden Quick, nephew, Derrick (husband of Julie) Earley, and great-nephews, Wyatt and Levi Earley.

Services and interment will be private. Interment will be held at Wells Valley Methodist Cemetery, Wells Tannery, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Karen, may be made to the Wells Valley Cemetery and sent to Wells Valley Cemetery C/o Mike Purnell: 1798 Wells Valley Rd. Wells Tannery, PA 16691.
