Judy S. Russell

Judy S. Russell, 71, of Needmore, PA passed away Monday, December 20th, 2021 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Judy was born in Sodus, NY on July 22, 1950, the daughter of the late Edna May (Bishop) and Shurley Brenton True.  She was the widow of Lloyd N. Russell, Sr whom she married on January 30, 1971 and he passed away on May 30, 2016. Mrs. Russell was a member of the Faith Assembly Church in Warfordsburg, PA and was a homemaker.  Judy enjoyed gardening and loved painting on her IPAD.  She also loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She is survived by daughters Beth Y. (wife of Jeffrey) McCarty, of Hancock, MD, Tammy L. (wife of Timothy) Hull, of Warfordsburg, PA, Becky A. (wife of Craig) Shaw, of Needmore, PA, Stephanie K. (wife of Daniel) Smith, of Needmore, PA, sons Lloyd N. Russell, Jr., of East Moline, IL, Glenn S. (husband of Tina) Russell, of Hancock, MD, Jerry L.  Russell, of Needmore, PA, Justin W. (husband of Samantha) Russell, of Needmore, PA, Alfred C. Sebring, of Sodus Center, NY, sisters Susie Smith, of New York, Cheryl Grossnickle, of Maryland, Melinda True, of Maryland, brothers Hollis True of Ohio, Donnie True, of South Carolina, eighteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.  Judy was preceded in death by sister Francis Sebring, brothers Carl, Charles and John True and great grandson Bruce Lee McCarty. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 23rd, 2021 with Pastor Delmas Bard officiating.  Visitation will be one hour before the service.
