Jeremy L. "Slim" Oakman

Jeremy L. "Slim" Oakman, 43, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Sunday, September 19th, 2021 at UPMC Community Osteopathic, Harrisburg, PA. Jeremy was born in Milford, OH on April 9, 1978, the son of Willard R. Oakman, of Harrisonville, PA and the late Bonnie L. (Harr) Oakman.  He was the husband of Desiray D. (Mueller) Oakman whom he married on May 26, 2018. He was a "Jack of all Trades" and he never met a stranger.  Jeremy enjoyed old cars, trucks and motorcycles as well as working on and restoring them.  He also loved spending time with his family. In addition to his father and his wife, he is survived by his son Zayne L. Oakman, of McConnellsburg, PA, half-sister Melissa Faith, of Kentucky and half-brother Roger McGrath, of Florida.  Jeremy was preceded in death by brother Matthew Oakman. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Howard L.
