Jennifer R. "Jen" Reed

Jennifer R. "Jen" Reed, 41, of Breezewood, PA passed away Saturday, January 14th, 2017 at her residence. Jen was born in Chambersburg, PA on February 20, 1975, the daughter of Carol Ann (Musselman) Williams of Mercersburg, PA and Edgar C. Hartman, Jr. of Chambersburg, PA.  She was the wife of William S. Reed whom she married on December 22, 2016. Jen was of  the Pentecostal faith and was a secretary and a homemaker.  She enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, cooking, shopping, taking care of people and spending time with her animals and granddaughter. In additon to her husband and parents, she is survived by daughter Aleigha N. Reed of Breezewood, PA, sons Joseph A. Reed of Everett, PA, Dakota S. Reed of Breezewood, PA, sister Stacy Keith of St. Thomas, PA, step-sisters Amanda Peck of Waynesboro, PA, Krista Walck of Hagerstown, MD, Tara Weatherell of Tannytown, MD, granddaughter Skie R. Roman of Everett, PA, step-father Gary Williams of Mercersburg, PA, mother-in-law Shirley Everts of Needmore, PA, father-in-law Greg Bain of Needmore, PA and good friend Bonnie Grance of Everett, PA.  Jen is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and friends.  Preceded in death by step-mother Jane Hartman, grandparents Nelson and Thelma Musselman. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 18th, 2017  with Pastor Ronnie Martin, Pastor Paul Martin and Pastor Marcus Atherton officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 from 3 to 6 PM   at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA. Interment will be held at a later date.
