Helen D. (Everts) Crouse

Helen D. Crouse, 75, a resident of the Fulton County Medical Center Extended Care Unit, McConnellsburg, PA and formerly of Big Cove Tannery, PA passed away Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Helen was born in Big Cove Tannery, PA on May 15, 1937, the daughter of the late Foster and Margaret (Barnhart) Everts.  She was the wife of Troy D. Crouse whom she married on January 19, 1957. Mrs. Crouse was a member of the Pleasant Grove Christian Church, Warfordsburg, PA, worked at  the Sagner Sewing Factory in McConnellsburg, PA, was a babysitter and also a homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by Daughters Doris (wife of Sam) Simpson of Big Cove Tannery, PA, Karen (wife of Troy) Buterbaugh of Harrisonville, PA, Sons Richard (husband of Dianna) Crouse of McConnellsburg, PA, Gary (husband of Sandy) Crouse of Needmore, PA, Randy (husband of Lana) Crouse of Big Cove Tannery, PA, Michael (husband of Mary) Crouse of Big Cove Tannery, PA, Sister Freda Seburn of Greencastle, PA, thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by  brother Ray Everts. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 19th, 2013  with Pastor Denver Plessinger and Pastor Dick Bernhard officiating. Interment at Laurel Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, Big Cove Tannery, PA. There will be visitation on Friday, January 18th, 2013 from 2 to 8 P.M. at Howard L.
