Ellen E. Crouse

Ellen Elizabeth Crouse, 70, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the Woodland Nursing Home in Orbisonia, PA. She was the daughter of the late Parker and Janie Crouse of McConnellsburg, PA. Ellen lived in McConnellsburg all of her life. She graduated from McConnellsburg High School and The Pennsylvania State University. She worked for the Franklin/Fulton Counties as a drug and alcohol counselor. Ellen was successful at her job and went out of her way to help others.In her later years she took comfort in her caregivers up until entering the nursing home. Surviving siblings are Wanda Carver and Parker Crouse. A memorial service will be held at the McConnellsburg United Methodist Church on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 2 PM.
