Ella M. (Seburn) Deshong

Ella M. DeShong, 88, of Abbottstown, PA passed away Sunday, July 19th, 2015 at Colonial Manor, York, PA. Ella was born in Warren Township, PA on September 14, 1926, the daughter of the late Viola (Keefer) and Albert  Seburn. She had worked at the Hanover Shoe Company in Hanover, PA and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Ella is survived by Son Ron E. (husband of Tiffany) DeShong of York, PA, Daughter Wilma L. (wife of Larry) Henschke of New Oxford, PA, Sister Ivy Johnson of Needmore, PA, Brother William Seburn of Greencastle, PA, Companion of fourteen years Harvey E. Smeak of York, PA, twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by son Wayne L. DeShong, daughter Suzanne Stonesifer, brother Ernest Seburn and sister Hazel Carbaugh. Graveside service at Antioch Christian Cemetery, Big Cove Tannery, PA at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2015  with Pastor Dick Bernhard officiating. Arrangements were made by the Howard L.
