Elizabeth "Libby" Bell Mcculloh

Elizabeth "Libby" Bell McCulloh, 86, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Monday, February 8th, 2016 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. Libby was born in McConnellsburg, PA on June 14, 1929, the daughter of the late Catherine (Zeis) and Paul  Sipes.  She was the wife of Earl E. McCulloh whom she married on August 3, 1957. She was very proud of graduating from McConnellsburg High School in 1946, was a member of the Cito United Methodist Church, McConnellsburg, PA, was a seamstress at Sagner and for Overly Raker both in McConnellsburg, PA.  She also enjoyed sewing and her pets. Mrs. McCulloh is survived by special nephews Doug C. (husband of Brenda) Gordon of McConnellsburg, PA, Greg P. Gordon of McConnellsburg, PA, sisters Mary A. Gordon of McConnellsburg, PA, Nancy (wife of Jim) Seville of McConnellsburg, PA, Ellen (wife of Bill) Needy of Greencastle, PA, Linda Sipes of McConnellsburg, PA, Sharon (wife of Gary) Daniels of Harrisonville, PA, brothers Paul "June" (husband of Janey) Sipes, Jr. of McConnellsburg, PA and Frank (husband of Alice) Sipes of McConnellsburg, PA.  Preceded in death by sister Janet Seville. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 13th, 2016  with Pastor Dick Bernhard officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 13th, 2016 from 9 to 11 AM   at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA. Interment at Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, PA.
