Donna M. Lynch

Donna M. Lynch, 70, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Monday, June 20th, 2011 at her residence after battling cancer since 2008. Donna was born in Warfordsburg, PA on May 21, 1941, the daughter of the late Charles Leroy and Flora E. (Swain) Booth.  She was the wife of Carl H. Lynch whom she married on February 22, 1958. She was employed by Sagner in McConnellsburg, PA and retired from Waring in McConnellsburg, PA in 2003, loved flowers and also loved her family. In addition to her husband, she is survived by Daughter Janet D. Leininger of Shippensburg, PA, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by sister Kathleen Y. Mellott.  Mrs. Lynch was the last of her immediate family. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, at 2:30 P.M. on Friday, June 24th, 2011  with Pastor Rick Egolf officiating. Interment at Union Cemetery McConnellsburg, PA. There will be visitation on Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. with the family receiving friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.
