Coletta S. Hendershot

Coletta S. Hendershot, 64, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Monday, February 27th, 2017 at Meritus Hospital, Hagerstown, MD. Coletta was born in McConnellsburg, PA on June 6, 1952, the daughter of the late Betty (Truax) and Sceabert A. Howell.  She was the wife of Harry E. Hendershot whom she married in July of 1972. Mrs. Hendershot was a member of the Calvary Independent Baptist Church in McConnellsburg, PA and has been employed at Waring in McConnellsburg, PA for over twenty-five years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son Harry E. (husband of Nina) Hendershot, II of Big Cove Tannery, PA, daughter Sharna J. (wife of Chad) Bubla of Phoenix, Arizona, son Jonathan W. Hendershot of McConnellsburg, PA, sister Charlotte V. Lake of McConnellsburg, PA, brothers Warren E. Howell and Arthur W. Howell both of McConnellsburg, PA, grandchildren Spenser R. Will, Holden G. Will, Chad Michael Bubla, Chase A. Bubla and Justus W. Hendershot. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 3rd, 2017  with Pastor John Hodge officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 from 4 to 8 PM   at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Friday at the funeral home. Interment at Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, PA.
