Clara E. (Eader) Fogal

Clara E. Fogal, 86, of  Waterfall, PA, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at her residence. Clara was born in Needmore, PA on September 22, 1928, a daughter of the late Margret Ann (Mills) and Jacob Elwood Eader. She was the widow of John  C. Fogal, Sr, whom she married on October 24, 1947.  He preceded her in death on October 3, 1983. Clara was associated with the New Grenada Church of God in Robertsdale, PA.  Before retiring she worked as a seamstress  at Delco in  Hustontown, PA.  She enjoyed gardening,cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her companion Fred Martz of Hustontown, PA  and her four chidlren; son David A. Fogal, of Waterfall, PA, son Dale A. (husband of Kathryn) Fogal, of Chambersburg, PA, daughter Ruth E. (wife of Rodney) Shore, of Waterfall, PA, son Kelly G. (husband of Michele) Fogal, of Robertsdale, PA and sister Gladys D. Eader, of Chambersburg, PA.  She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her sons John C. Fogal, Jr. and Roger E. Fogal,  three sisters Susan Layton, Thelma Mellott, Mary Stevens, brothers John H. Eader, Sr., Jacob Eader, a grandchild Beth Marie Fogal and a great grandchild Peyton O. Fogal. Religious Service will be held at the New Grenada Church of God, Robertsdale, PA  at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 18th,  with Pastor Kenneth Cornelius officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 2 PM to 8 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be one hour of visitation held before the service at the church on Wednesday.
