Beulah M. (Mellott) Mumma

Beulah M. Mumma, 90, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Saviour on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from the home of her daughter in Falling Waters, WV surrounded by her family. Beulah was born in Fulton County, PA on June 27, 1925, the daughter of the late Louetta (DeShong) and Oliver  Mellott.  She was the widow of Veryle  Mumma, Sr. She was formerly of Chambersburg, PA and resided with her daughter in Falling Waters for the last five years, was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Church in Harrisonville, PA and attended The River of Life Family Worship Center in Clear Spring, MD.  Beulah also did volunteer work at the Chambersburg Food Pantry. Mrs. Mumma is survived by daughters Ethel (wife of Joe) Kelley of Falling Waters, WV, Janet (wife of Steve) Hott of Clear Spring, MD, Audrey (wife of John) Lissefeld of Chambersburg, PA, Helen (wife of Jeff) Rodkey of Chambersburg, PA, son Frank Mumma of Chambersburg, PA, daughter-in-law Tina Mumma of Chambersburg, PA, sisters Vera Hann of Harrisonville, PA, Hilda (wife of Ira) Daniels of Needmore, PA, Elsie (wife of Allen) Jackson of Breezewood, PA, brother Paul (husband of Linda) Mellott of Needmore, PA, eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by daughter Susie Mumma, son Veryle Mumma, Jr., grandson Jeffery Weller, brothers Fred, Melvin and Harry Mellott. Religious Service at Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Church, Harrisonville, PA at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 17th, 2015 with Pastor Dan Porterfield, Pastor W. Watson Douglas and Pastor Victor Miller officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 from 5 to 8 PM   at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Thursday at the church. Interment at Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Cemetery, Harrisonville, PA.
