Barry C. Miller, 53, of Three Springs, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at his residence. 

Barry was born on June 2, 1972, in Clear Spring, MD. He was the son of the late John C. and Alice C. (Hendershot) Miller. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Brantner) Miller, who he married on August 14, 1999. 

Barry was employed at Waring Products in McConnellsburg, PA as a CNC programmer. Barry enjoyed racing his #88 late model at various racetracks in the area including Hagerstown, Port Royal, Bedford, Hesston, Cumberland and Path Valley. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching basketball, and having get-togethers with his family and friends, playing basketball, cornhole and making homemade potato chips. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Jenna (wife of Jake) Hileman, of Neelyton, PA and Madeline Miller, of Three Springs, PA. He is also survived by his siblings, Diane (wife of Curt) Rowe, of Clear Spring, MD, Carolyn Koontz, of Clear Spring, MD and Brian (husband of Lori) Miller, of Clear Spring, MD and two grandchildren, Lilly and Taya Hileman.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg, PA. 

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg, PA, with Pastor Becky Cutchall officiating. There will be one hour of visitation held prior to the service on Monday. Interment will be held at the Broadfording Church Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
