Anna M. (Fleming) Maney

Anna M. Maney, 75, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Sunday, March 18th, 2012 at her residence. Anna was born in Blairs Mills, PA on November 11, 1936, the daughter of the late Ira and Kathleen (Parson) Fleming.  She was the widow of George E. Maney, Jr. who passed away in 1991. She attended the Calvary Independent Baptist Church in McConnellsburg, PA, the Roxbury Methodist Church, was a member of the Angel of Mercy Red Hats and was a retired CNA from the South Mountain Restoration Center in Franklin County, PA. Mrs. Maney is survived by Daughter Dixie A. (wife of James D.) Wallace of Bald Knob, AR, Son Ira F. Maney of North Tonawanda, NY, Sisters Betty (wife of James D.) Runk of Hustontown, PA, Janet (wife of Merrill) Seville of McConnellsburg, PA, Sue (wife of Gerald) Chapman of Blairs Mills, PA, Connie (wife of Duane) Gibbons of Gardners, PA, Brothers James (husband of Carolyn) Fleming of Blairs Mills, PA, Marlin Joseph (husband of Marlene) Fleming of Orbisonia, PA, Richard "Dick" (husband of Peggy) Fleming of Dry Run, PA, Grandchildren Laura Wallace, Matthew Wallace and Samantha Wallace of Bald Knob, AR, Angela Maney and George Maney, IV of North Tonawanda, NY and several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by son George E. Maney, III, daughter Kathleen F. Maney, sisters Barb Mooney, Mary Espenshade, brothers Darrell Fleming and Charles "Larry" Fleming. Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., 873 Lincoln Way East, McConnellsburg, PA, 17233 at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, March 23rd, 2012  with Pastor John Hodge officiating. Interment at Nossville Cemetery, Blairs Mills, PA. There will be visitation on Thursday, March 22nd, 2012 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.
