Angela K. Molchan

Angela K. Molchan, 38, of Shippensburg, PA passed away Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at York Medical Center, York, PA. Angela was born in McConnellsburg, PA on April 27, 1978, the daughter of Deborah  L. (Lanehart) Swope and Greg R. Swope of McConnellsburg, PA and Randy W. Beatty of Buck Valley, PA.  She was the wife of Jon R. Molchan whom she married on April 14, 2008. She attended McConnellsburg High School as a member of the class of 1996,  was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Church in Harrisonville, PA and was a caregiver.  Angela loved sewing, making purses, bags and crafts. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by sons Korbin G. Swope, Draven M. Pensinger, daughter Kyrah R. Molchan all of Shippensburg, PA, brothers Terry R. Lanehart of McConnellsburg, PA, Greggory R. Swope, Jr. of Mercersburg, PA, sisters Stephanie L. Swope, Amanda L. Swope, Heather K. (wife of Jason) Swope-Rock all of McConnellsburg, PA, paternal grandparents Cloyd and Ruth Swope of Harrisonville, PA and maternal grandmother Betty L. Lanehart of McConnellsburg, PA.  Preceded in death by maternal grandfather Harry T. Lanehart. Religious Service at Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Church, Harrisonville, PA at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 18th, 2017  with Pastor Mark Smith officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 18th, 2017 from 10 to 12 PM at Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Church, Harrisonville, PA. Interment at Pleasant Ridge Nazarene Cemetery, Harrisonville, PA.
