Alice Jean McKeever, 95, of Warfordsburg, PA, went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2026.

Alice was born on September 15, 1930, in Fulton County, PA. She was the daughter of the late Floyd G. and Alberta V. (Studenwalt) Hess.

Alice Jean was a graduate of Southern Fulton High School in 1948 and went to graduate from the West Virginia School of Beauty in Martinsburg. She was a beautician for many years, then she became an instructional assistant at Southern Fulton Elementary School from 1969 until her retirement in 1993.

She was a longtime member of Cedar Grove Christian Church in Dott.

She was married to the late James Walter McKeever, the love of her life, for sixty years. Together, Alice and Jim raised four children, James Michael (husband of Beverly) McKeever, Rain Faith Paken, Cathy Jean (wife of Larry) Blackburn and Jacqueline Lynn McKeever. Alice is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Denver Junior Hess.

Funeral services will be held at the Cedar Grove Christian Church on Friday, February 13, 2026 starting at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Dick Bernhard officiating. There will also be one hour of visitation held prior to the service on Friday. Interment will immediately follow the service.
