Alan E. Kuhn

Alan E. Kuhn, 72, a resident of the Woodland Retirement Home, Orbisonia, PA and formerly of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Wednesday, October 27th, 2010 at Woodland Retirement Home, Orbisonia, PA. Alan was born in Taneytown, MD on April 5, 1938, the son of the late Berline B. and Mary G. (Bassard) Kuhn.  He was the widower of Phyllis F. Kuhn. Mr. Kuhn was a  self-employed handyman, a member of the Mason's and served in the Army National Guard of Maryland. He is survived by Daughter Laura J. (wife of Mike) Sowers of McConnellsburg, PA, Sister Janice Myers of Westminster, MD, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by sister Gloria Lentz. Graveside service at Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, PA, at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 29th, 2010  with Pastor William Bair officiating. Arrangements were made by the Howard L.
