Wendell K. Leese

Wendell K. Leese, 59, of Needmore, PA passed away Sunday, February 11th, 2018 at his residence.

     Wendell was born in McConnellsburg, PA on August 15, 1958, the son of the late Velma M. (Mellott) and Vernon B. Leese.

     Mr. Leese graduated from Southern Fulton High School in 1976, was baptized at the Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren in Needmore, PA and worked at McIntosh Box and Pallet Co. Inc. in Martinsburg, WV.  He also served in the Air Force and the Air National Guard in Martinsburg, WV.

     He is survived by  brothers Ricky A. (husband of Marji) Leese of Needmore, PA, Vernon "Gene" (husband of Barb) Leese of McConnellsburg, PA, Daniel M. (husband of Qiu Qiu) Leese of Dott, PA, Loren R. (husband of Deb) Leese of McConnellsburg, PA, Charles W. (husband of Teresa) Leese of Needmore, PA, Joseph S. Leese of Needmore, PA and sister Judith L. (wife of Marlin) Schriver of Harrisonville, PA.

     Visitation will be Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA.  There will also be visitation one hour before the service on Sunday at the church.

     Memorial Service at Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren, Needmore, PA at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 18th, 2018  with Pastor Mac Miller officiating.

     Interment at Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Needmore, PA.
