Curtis Hollinshead Obituary
Curtis W. Hollinshead, 68, of Harrisonville, PA passed away Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 at his residence.
Curtis was born in Harrisonville, PA on May 15, 1949, the son of the late Bernice (Bishop) and George Thomas Hollinshead. He was the husband of Jeanne L. (Hill) Hollinshead whom he married on January 9, 1978.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie# 4274 in Harrisonville, PA and worked for Wolf & Sons Paving in Frederick, MD. Curtis lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed the outdoors, laughing and making other people laugh. Curtis was truly one of a kind and loved by many.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Monika J. (wife of J.T.) Lakose of Stone Harbor, NJ, Kimberly M. (wife of Jeff) Mellott of Needmore, PA, sons Ryan O. Hollinshead of Leonardstown, MD, Troy W. (husband of Vonda) Hollinshead of Warfordsburg, PA, Trapper (husband of Terra) Hollinshead of Harrisonville, PA, brothers Sherwin (husband of Betty) Hollinshead of Harrisonville, PA, Connie (husband of Clair) Hollinshead of Harrisonville, PA, sister Joyce Shadle of Harrisonville, PA and ten grandchildren. Curtis is also survived by his best friend, his buddy "Chevy". Preceded in death by brother Marl Arvine Hollinshead, sister Ameon Hann and brother-in-law Bernard Shadle.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
