Charlotte Batdorff Obituary
Charlotte R. Batdorff, 77, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away Sunday, April 22nd, 2018 at Woodland Retirement Home, Orbisonia, PA
Charlotte was born in McConnellsburg, PA on May 26, 1940, the daughter of the late Nora (Ambrose) and Ernest A. Batdorff.
She was a member of the McConnellsburg United Methodist Church and the Knobsville Singles Club. Charlotte had worked at the Sagner Sewing Factory in McConnellsburg, PA, was a retired CNA from the Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, PA and also volunteered for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. She enjoyed traveling, playing the piano, reading and baking cookies to share with friends.
Charlotte is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by sister Shirley Mae Batdorff, infant brother Willard Batdorff, half-sister Martha Sipes and half-brother Theodore Cutchall.
Religious Service at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 with Pastor Robin Baer officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Interment at Asbury United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville, PA.
