Carol F. Hollinshead

December 18, 2017
Carol F. Hollinshead died in her home December 18,2017 after a courageous and hard fought
battle with cancer.
She was born September 12, 1954 to the late William P. Barnhart and Mildred "Millie" R.
Barnhart. She was a devoted mother, faithful wife, loving grandmother, and a loyal and honest
friend to many.

years until her retirement in June. As a nurse, she loved and cared for her patients with the

servants life for others with happiness and contentment always thinking of others before her
own self.
She enjoyed the simple things in life - spending time relaxing and fishing in Chincoteague,
Virginia, taking walks with her husband, and spending time with her family, especially her
grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Allen L., her son, JeremyA (husband of Natalie), her daughter,
Tracy N. (companion of S. Taft Hawken), and her four grandchildren, lsna, Tatiana, Jabin, and
Rowan.
